- provision of services of providing a mortuary for performing autopsies and examining corpses at the request of the District Prosecutor's Office in Piotrkow Trybunalski and District Prosecutor's Offices of the Piotrkow Trybunalski District. In the scope of providing a mortuary for performing autopsies of bodies, the Contractor: a) undertakes to provide the mortuary for examination to perform forensic medical dissection or examination of corpses, including providing water and electricity; b) undertakes to provide the technician necessary to assist in the performance of the autopsy or examination of corpses by an appointed expert physician, and to provide and make available the necessary materials, devices, tools, appropriate and specialized equipment, disinfectants, etc.; NOTE: If it is not possible to provide the technician necessary to assist in performing autopsies or examining the bodies, the Contractor calculates the price of providing the mortuary without the help of a technician in the offer form. c) agrees that The date of performing the autopsy or examining the body will be agreed each time with the Ordering Party.
