- providing the services of providing a dissecting room for performing autopsies and examining corpses at the request of the District Prosecutor's Office in Opoczno. In the scope of providing a dissecting room for performing autopsies, the Contractor: a) undertakes to provide the dissecting room for performing autopsies. forensic-medical autopsy or examination of the corpse, including the provision of water and electricity; b) undertakes to provide the technician necessary to assist in the performance of the autopsy or examination of the body by an expert physician appointed to perform the autopsy or examination of the corpse, as well as to provide and make available necessary materials, devices, tools, appropriate and specialized equipment, disinfectants, etc.; NOTE: If it is not possible to provide the technician necessary to assist in performing the autopsy or examining the corpse, the Contractor calculates in the tender form price for making the autopsy room available without the help of a technician. c) agrees that the date of performing the autopsy and examining the body will be agreed each time with the Ordering Party. The basis for the preparation of the body and assistance with the autopsy will be an appropriate order issued by the prosecutor or assessor case manager in a given prosecutor's office unit.
