Description:
1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive print / copy service in color and black and white, in A4 and A3 format on 125 network multifunctional devices.
2) The service includes the contractor providing devices, their service and replacement of consumables (not applicable paper), including toners.
3) a detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the ToR,
4) list of places and the number of printouts are found In Annex 2 to the ToR.
These values are only indicated w the purpose of choosing the most advantageous offer by the Ordering Party and does not constitute an obligation to the Employer towards the Contractor. The contracting authority guarantees the performance of a contract at the level of min. 70% of copies specified in the documentation of the procedure.
6) The contracting authority requires that the order be processed to be carried out on the devices not older than 3 years.
