- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter with care services for homeless people referred by the Municipal Family Assistance Center in Skierniewice within a period of 12 months from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Act on social assistance of March 12, 2004. The shelter cannot be located more than 200 km from the city of Skierniewice. The minimum number of people covered by the provision of services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless people is 2 people. Estimated number of people covered by the services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless people is 3 people. The expected number of homeless people covered by the services is 3 people, however, the Ordering Party stipulates that the given number of people is calculated on the basis of data from previous years and the actual number of homeless people may increase slightly different.
