- The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless people referred by the Municipal Family Assistance Center in Skierniewice in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance. The shelter cannot be remote from the city of Skierniewice more than 200 km. The minimum number of people covered by the provision of services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless people is 10 people, the estimated number of people covered by the provision of services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless people is 15 people. The expected estimated number of homeless people covered by the services is 15 people, however, the Ordering Party stipulates that the given number of people is calculated on the basis of data from previous years and the actual number of homeless people may differ slightly. The Ordering Party reserves that the services may only be provided by entities running a shelter for homeless people entered by the voivode on the list of establishments providing temporary shelter.
