Description:
The subject of the order is the collection of municipal waste from owners of properties located in the Parzęczew commune, from which waste is collected, transported and managed,
and then forward:
a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from sorting municipal waste to municipal installations indicated by the Contractor, referred to in Art. 38b(1) of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
b) separately collected municipal waste for recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with with the waste management hierarchy specified in applicable law, in particular in Art. 17 of the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and in accordance with the principle of proximity specified in Art. 20 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal Laws of 2023, item 1587 as amended d.),
2. service of the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located at ul. Saint Rocha 12 in Parzęczew through the collection, transport and management of municipal waste,
3. achieving municipal waste recovery levels taking into account the recovery levels indicated in the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of August 3, 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for pon...
