The subject of the order is the provision of services related to the development, maintenance, technical assistance, training and updating of the HRM System and related Documentation.
A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and
in the formula agreement in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
The grounds for exclusion and the conditions for participation in the proceedings are included in the proceedings documentation.
Order completion date: from the date of conclusion of the contract for a period of 24 months
8.3 Information for Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract
(e.g. Consortium, civil partnerships)
8.3.1 In relation to Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract, the Ordering Party allows for the joint fulfillment of the condition by the Contractors in relation to the condition regarding technical or professional capacity.
8.3.2 Fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings by Contractors jointly applying for the contract will be verified by the Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 117 section 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Law.
8.3.3 Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract shall submit a declaration together with their offer indicating which scope of the subject of the contract they will perform. individual Contractors. The declaration in question constitutes Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ
