1. The subject of the order is: provision of services related to the organization and conduct of early child development support classes as part of the government program "Za yciem". constituting an annex to Resolution No. 189 of the Council of Ministers of December 27, 2021. amending the resolution on the comprehensive support program for families "Za Życiem" (M.P. Z 2022, item 64), hereinafter referred to as the "Programme" in the scope of implementing the tasks of the leading rehabilitation and care coordination center in the area poviat, specified in Art. 90v section 4 of the Act of September 7, 1991 on the education system (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2230) resulting from task 2.4, Program: Multi-aspect and comprehensive assistance for a disabled child from the age of 0 to starting school and his/her family, and the Regulation Minister of Education and Science on detailed tasks of leading coordination, rehabilitation and care centers (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1801)2.
