PART I provision of services related to conducting early child development support classes by a speech therapist/neurologist. To the tasks speech therapist/neurologist should: a. after appointing specialists to the team based on the child's confirmed disability, establishing the directions and schedule of activities undertaken in the field of early assistance and family support. The meetings will be held at premises of the Public Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center, ul. Majowa 1/13, 97-200 Tomaszw Mazowiecki at least twice a year after agreeing the date with the program coordinator. The team will be appointed by the WOKRO coordinator and the substantive coordinator of the program, b. connection cooperation with the facility where the child is subject to other therapeutic activities in order to ensure consistency of the impact, in order to support the development of the part intended for the speech therapist/neurologist, c. development and implementation with the child and his or her family an individual early development support program intended for a speech therapist/neurologist, d. assessing the child's progress and difficulties in functioning, including identifying and eliminating barriers and restrictions in the environment that hinder his or her activity...
