Description:
The subject of the order is: provision of transport services for students to educational institutions in 2026. Transport and transportation of 129 students to the Primary School in Sztutowo, ul. Szkolna 13 and Kindergarten in Sztutowo, ul. Zalewowa 10. The conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the order were specified in the designed ones provisions of the contract presented in Chapter 17, and result from legal provisions. The subject of the order is: 1) purchase of monthly tickets in accordance with Art. 5 section 1 of the Act of June 20, 1992 on the rights to discounted travel in public transport (Journal of Laws 2024.380, as amended 2024/03/14, as amended) for students commuting to appropriate educational units in the Sztutowo commune by public transport on regular public lines in accordance with the approximate timetable, in the calendar year 2026; 2) provision of transport services on the basis of monthly tickets for transporting students from the Sztutowo commune to educational institutions in 2026, excluding breaks for winter and summer breaks, winter and spring Christmas break and other days free from teaching and educational classes okrel...
