- The subject of the order is the provision of services of feeding, transporting and admitting homeless animals to the shelter under the Homeless Animal Care Program in 2026-2027, i.e.: a) feeding, transporting, admitting and keeping homeless animals with area of the Starachowice Commune, b) providing necessary veterinary care for kept animals, c) ensuring basic, necessary social and living conditions for kept animals, d) obligatory performance of sterilization and castration procedures animals by a veterinarian with whom the Commune has signed a contract for the provision of veterinary services, and in the case of puppies and kittens not subjected to these treatments due to their young age, the Ordering Party provides the opportunity for the person who adopted the animal to do so within a period of up to one year from date of adoption in the office of a doctor currently providing veterinary services to the commune, e) conducting a 14-day quarantine for newly arrived animals, f) carrying out activities aimed at finding guardians for animals, people willing to adoption, g) compliance with regulations regarding sanitary and veterinary supervision, h) disposal of dead animals, i) issuing...
