- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter with care services for homeless people referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Kalisz, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Act on Social Assistance of March 12, 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214 from Mon. amended) along with ensuring the necessary social conditions and care services for homeless people, including daily meals and social work for homeless people who, due to age, long-term illness or disability, require partial help and care from other people (including nursing care) aimed at helping in dealing with basic life matters. Providing activation services aimed at developing or strengthening social activity, gaining independence in life and getting out of homelessness. Providing information about available forms of assistance, incl if necessary, help in organizing it.2. The Ordering Party anticipates that the estimated estimated number of people sent to the shelter during the contract period is 11 people (it is assumed that it will not be less than 10 people). 3.
