- providing temporary shelter services along with care services with three meals a day, including one hot meal, to homeless people (men/women) referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Kościerzyna, whose health condition does not threaten the health and life of other people staying in facilities and who, due to age, illness or disability, require partial care and assistance from other people in meeting their essential life needs, but do not require services provided by a 24-hour care unit, a care and treatment facility or a nursing and care facility, or which have decision to refer to a social assistance home and wait for placement in a social assistance home (shelter with care services), with daily meals and the provision of services aimed at strengthening social activity, if possible, ending homelessness and gaining independence in life up to a maximum of 365 person-days (approximately up to a maximum of 1 person). The minimum scope of the order during its implementation is: 1 person-day.
