- part I: Providing shelter in a shelter for homeless people for men - 12 The service consisting in providing shelter to homeless people from the Czelad commune in support centers and shelters for homeless people will be implemented in accordance with: the Act on Aid social policy of March 12, 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy on minimum standards of night shelters, shelters for homeless people, shelters for homeless people with services care and heating facilities of April 27, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 896). The shelter should guarantee: Period of service: The shelter for homeless people provides services all year round, 7 days a week. Form of the service provided: Available 24/7 staying in a shelter, including providing a place to sleep in a heated room whose temperature is not lower than 20C.1) 24-hour access to the premises where the task will be carried out,2) daily meals: 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) including 1 hot meal - lunch, prepared in accordance with the principles of rational nutrition from wholesome products worth a calorie...
