Description:
1) PART 1 - provision of 24-hour temporary shelter services, consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for 1 homeless person, a woman, referred by the Social Services Center in Siechnice in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Aid Act social law of March 12, 2004. Service provision period: throughout 2026, 7 days a week. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the place where the service will be provided. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the indicated place, under in terms of preparation for the implementation of the ordered service, before concluding the contract and throughout the entire order execution period. The contractor may indicate in his offer a shelter located no more than 200 km from Siechnice. The expected number of homeless people covered by the services is 1 person. Due to the specificity of the order, which is characterized by changing customer needs due to their changing health condition and personal situation, the number of homeless people given by the Ordering Party is the number expected over the entire duration of this order.
