Description:
1) PART 1 - provision of a 24-hour temporary shelter service, consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for 2 homeless men, referred by the Social Services Center in Siechnice in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Act on Social Assistance of March 12, 2004. Period service provision: throughout 2026, 7 days a week. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the place where the service will be provided. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the indicated place in terms of preparation for the performance of the ordered service before concluding the contract and by the entire order fulfillment period. The contractor may indicate in his offer a shelter located no more than 200 km from Siechnice. The expected number of homeless people covered by the services is 2 people. Due to the specificity of the order, which is characterized by changing customer needs due to their changing health condition, personal situation, the number of homeless people given by the Ordering Party is the number expected during the entire duration of this order.
