- Description:
- The subject of the order is to provide shelter (including care services) for homeless people (women and men) from the area of the City of Milanwek. Each placement of the person referred to above is based on an individual administrative decision on placement in a shelter, issued by Director of the Social Center in Milanwek. The estimated monthly average number of beneficiaries will be: for a shelter for the homeless - up to 5 people for a shelter for the homeless with care services - up to 3 people. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the order, the actual number of people to whom the services will be provided shelter will depend on the actual number of people who require assistance in the form of shelter services for homeless people from the area of the City of Milanowek, therefore the Ordering Party reserves the right not to exhaust the entire scope of the subject of the order or to increase it. The contractor will be obliged immediately inform the Ordering Party about any change in the life and health situation of the person using the shelter.
