- PART I Shelter in a shelter for homeless people. providing shelter services for women and men, i.e. providing 24-hour shelter to homeless people in a shelter along with providing 24-hour food, necessary clothing, and necessary social conditions, as well as conducting social work aimed at aimed at helping to deal with basic life matters, developing and strengthening activity and independence, restoring life in the local environment and making homeless people independent - support in the implementation of the social contract. b. The Ordering Party estimates that the forecast number of people requiring shelter for 365 days will be - 10 (ten) people. Due to the specific nature of the subject of the order, the number of people provided by the Ordering Party is an estimate. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of people depending on the actual needs in this respect, and the Contractors accordingly there will be no claims, including monetary ones, against the Ordering Party.
