- I. Description of the subject of the order.1. The subject of the order is divided into parts: 1) Part 1 - provision of shelter services in the form of a shelter and night shelter for homeless people (women and men from the city and commune of Krnik) 2) Part 2 - Running and providing places in training or supported apartments for people (women and men) from the city and commune of Krnik.2. The description of the subject of the order for each part is included in Annex No. 1, description of the subject of the order.3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 85311000-2 Social care services including accommodation 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers honorary.5. The contractor may submit an offer for all or one of the parts.6. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a subcontractor.7. When ordering, the contractor must indicate in the offer the parts of the order the performance of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, as well as provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.8. The contractor is obliged to exercise due diligence in performing the subject of the order.
