- providing shelter services for men and women who are disabled, addicted to alcohol and/or other psychoactive substances, able to self-service, and whose health condition does not pose a threat to the health and life of other people staying in the facility. The shelter provides three meals a day, including one hot one. Shelter enables addiction therapy and social work aimed at helping to deal with basic life issues, developing or strengthening the activity and independence of homeless people. Shelter may be provided by the homeless person reaching the shelter on their own or by being transported by services municipal (City Police, Police). The Contractor is obliged to provide one contact telephone number in order for the employees of the Employer, the City Guard or the Police to make arrangements regarding providing shelter to homeless people, available 24 hours a day. In the autumn and winter period, due to due to worsening weather conditions, homeless people requiring immediate shelter will be admitted to the shelter without delay.
