- Part No. 1 of the order - Providing temporary shelter in a shelter for homeless people a) The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in providing temporary shelter for homeless residents of the Osielsko Commune who are the wards of the Social Welfare Center in Osielsko (hereinafter referred to as: wards), in a shelter for homeless people, to the extent resulting from the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance. b) The subject of the order includes the provision of 24-hour temporary shelter, along with daily meals and providing the necessary social conditions and services aimed at strengthening social activity, overcoming homelessness and gaining independent living for homeless people referred by the Social Welfare Center in Osielsko c) The expected number of homeless people covered by the services will be the subject of orders are for 1 person.
