Description:
1. The subject of the order is to provide 24-hour shelter to homeless people (women and men) whose last place of permanent residence is the Dywity commune (based on Article 48a(1) in connection with Article 101(2) of the Act of March 12, 2024 on social assistance, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and those in need of shelter whose place of residence is the Dywity commune.2. Part 1. provision of shelter services for homeless people from the Dywity commune - The estimated number of homeless people in 2026 will be for Part 1 a maximum of 10 people, with an expected stay of 365 days3. For honor 1 range services provided in the shelter and the standard of the facility should meet the minimum standards specified in Annex No. 2 to the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of April 27, 2018. on minimum standards for night shelters, shelters for homeless people, shelters for people homeless people with care and heating services.4. A detailed description of the provision of the service includes the description of the subject of the order in the SWZ and the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 4 to SWZ.
