- Part I of the order providing shelter for men in a shelter for homeless people: 1) provision of services in part I of the order includes, among others: by providing 24-hour, temporary shelter in a shelter for homeless people along with daily meals and providing services aimed at strengthening social activity, getting out of homelessness and gaining independence in life.2) The detailed scope and standard of services provided as part of the stay in the facility, qualifications of the people providing the services and the standard of the facility in which the shelter for homeless people is located must be in accordance with Annex No. 2 to Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of April 27, 2018 on minimum standards for night shelters, shelters for homeless people, shelters for homeless people with care services and heating facilities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 896, as amended). 3) The Ordering Party anticipates that it will be forecast the number of homeless men sent to the shelter during the implementation of this order will be 11.
