Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of social services in the form of temporary shelter and meals for homeless people from the Municipality of Mstwa, in accordance with the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance and the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of July 28, 2025. amending the regulation on minimum standards for night shelters, shelters for homeless people, shelters for homeless people with care services and heating facilities. The order covers the provision of services in the form of temporary shelter in a shelter for homeless people and in a shelter for homeless people with care services. The Ordering Party anticipates that a total of eight homeless people will use the shelter services, including two people from a shelter for homeless people with care services, and the estimated maximum number of person-days of stay in shelters during the term of the contract will be as follows: 2,190 person-hours in a shelter for homeless people and 730 person-hours in a shelter for homeless people with care services and a price should be calculated for these numbers offers.
