The subject of the order is the provision of specialist care services at home for people with mental disorders (wards of GOPS Bobrowniki) in 2026 on the basis of: 1) Art. 8 and 9 of the Act of 19 August 1994 on health care mental (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 917, consolidated text)2) Art. 18.1 point 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, consolidated text)3) and in accordance with the scope specified in: 4) Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005. on specialist care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816)5) Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1802, consolidated text). Estimated average number of service recipients: 10 persons. The estimated number of hours of services is approximately 2,920 hours during the term of the contract. The number of hours and persons covered by the services may change and cannot be determined precisely due to the specificity of the order, which is characterized by changing customer needs due to changing their health condition.
