- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of specialist care services for adults, children and adolescents with mental disorders in their place of residence. The contractor undertakes a task in the field of social assistance, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 12, 2004 on assistance social (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1302, as amended), consisting in the provision of specialized care services for adults, children and adolescents with mental disorders in their place of residence in the Grudzidz Commune, to whom the Ordering Party has granted these services by an appropriate administrative decision. Specialized care services include activities specified in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816).2.
