- The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for children, adolescents and adults with mental disorders, clients of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Ostrow Wielkopolski in their place of residence from January 2026 to December 2026. The scope of the order includes: specialized care services for children, adolescents and adults with mental disorders for the charges of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Ostrow Wielkopolski from January to December 2026 in accordance with Art. 50 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended). In relation to specialist care services for children, adolescents and adults with mental disorders, the scope of services is specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816).
