- Part I of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of educational therapy services for two children for a total of 12 hours a month (total number of hours during the implementation of the subject of the order: 144 hours).2. The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for people with disabilities mental disorders referred to in 2 points 1, 3, 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (Journal of Laws 2024, item 816), i.e.: 1) teaching and developing skills necessary for independent living; 2) physical rehabilitation and improvement disturbed body functions to the extent not covered by the provisions of the Act of August 27, 2004 on health care services financed from public funds;3) ensuring that children and adolescents with mental disorders have access to rehabilitation, revalidation and educational activities, in exceptional cases cases where they are unable to gain access to the classes referred to in Art. 7 of the Act of 19 August 1994. on mental health protection.3.
