- Specialized services for one child, i.e.: 1) speech therapy services: improvement of disturbed body functions through cooperation with specialists in the field of educational and therapeutic support aimed at multi-faceted activation of the person using the services, i.e. speech therapy. Speech therapy services include in particular supporting a child whose speech and communication disorders result from damage or dysfunction of the central nervous system, voice disorders or mental illnesses. The speech therapist's task is, in particular, to support the person's daily functioning by improving communication with the environment, 2) rehabilitation services - physical rehabilitation and rehabilitation of disturbed body functions to the extent not covered by the provisions of the Act of August 27, 2004 on health care services financed from public funds - in accordance with the recommendations of a doctor or a specialist from scope of physical rehabilitation or physiotherapist. During the order fulfillment period, services will be provided for one child.
