Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for children with developmental disorders, including autism and FAS - for an estimated amount of 8,220 hours per year, for an average of 20 children per month. 2. The contractor undertakes to perform entrusted services in the following scope: 1) teaching and developing skills necessary for independent living, in particular developing the ability to meet basic life needs and social functioning skills, motivating to be active, treatment and rehabilitation, speech therapy exercises, improvement of impaired body functions, training in self-service and social skills, and support, also in the form of assisting in everyday life activities, i.e. maintaining contacts with household members, peers and the local community, organizing and spending free time together, using the services of various institutions; 2) interventions and assistance in family life, in particular: assistance in coping with crisis situations, counseling specialist, crisis interventions, psychological support, therapeutic conversations, shaping positive relationships...
