The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services in the field of physical rehabilitation for people living in the Szprotawa Commune as part of the project entitled New horizons of social services in Szprotawa co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the Program European Funds for Lubuskie Voivodeship 2021-2027.2. Recipient group: - people needing support in everyday functioning, i.e. using basic care services of the CUS, - people with disabilities, in particular those classified as significant or moderate degrees of disability (including children and youth), - older people (over 60 years of age), having diseases that require physical rehabilitation and improvement of impaired body functions to the extent not covered by the provisions of the Act of August 27, 2004 on health care services financed from public funds in accordance with medical recommendations or a specialist in the field of exercise rehabilitation or a physiotherapist. 3.
