- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services (hereinafter referred to as SUO) for older people and disabled people from the city and commune of Brusy, adapted to the specific needs resulting from the type of illness or disability, provided by people with specialized professional training during the implementation of the project entitled I am! co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 Program.2. The scope of the order includes the service specialized care services for 14 elderly and disabled people from the city and commune of Brusy, divided into 6 parts: 1) Part No. 1 Specialized care services - sensory therapy classes - the estimated number of hours of service provision is on average 20 per month for 30 months, a total of 600 hours;3. specialist care services will be provided during the implementation of the project titled I am! co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027, i.e. from the date of conclusion of the contract for 30 months. 4.
