- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of specialist care services at home for people with mental disorders who are beneficiaries of MOPS in Kwidzyn. Specialized care services will be provided in the place of residence of people with mental disorders supported by MOPS. in Kwidzyn, hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries.4. The estimated monthly average number of beneficiaries will be approximately 30 people. 5. The annual estimated number of hours shall be a minimum of 3,800.6. Due to the specificity of the subject of the order, the actual number of people to whom SUO will be provided and the actual number hours of service provision per month will depend on the actual number of people who require assistance in the form of SUO (the number of people and hours may decrease or increase). 8. When providing services, the following provisions apply in particular: 1) Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on aid social (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended),2) regulation of the Minister of Social Policy on specialist care services of September 22, 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816),3) regulation of the Minister of Health of February 28, 2017 ...
