- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services, provided by people with specialized professional training, for people with mental disorders, including children, adapted to the specific needs resulting from the type of illness or disability, performed in the place of residence of the beneficiaries in the city of Inowrocawia. a) The Contractor undertakes to teach and develop in people with mental disorders the skills necessary for independent living, physical rehabilitation and improvement of impaired body functions to the extent not covered by the regulations Act of 27 August 2004 on health care services financed from public funds (Journal of Laws 2025.1461, consolidated text) in accordance with 2 point 1 letter a and point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services (Journal of Laws 2024.816 consolidated text). b) Contractor when executing an order for a person authorized to use the services, he or she must take into account medical recommendations (proposed types of therapy), e.g. sensory integration therapy, speech therapy, referred to in the medical certificate issued for a given w...
