The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders and disabilities by persons qualified to practice the profession, i.e. psychologist, educator, speech therapist, occupational therapist, nurse. psychiatric specialist, medical rehabilitation specialist, physiotherapist for people with mental disorders, performed at their place of residence in the Baruchowo Commune from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 20262. Estimated number of hours and people covered by care: The estimated number of residents monthly for whom specialist care services will be provided is approximately 14 people. The total number of hours planned is approximately 3,000 hours per year from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Specified number of hours services provided are their maximum amount, and the Ordering Party will pay for those actually provided. The number of hours and people covered by the services may change and cannot be determined precisely due to the specificity of the order, which is characterized by changing customer needs due to to their changing health condition.
