- 1. The subject of the order is the organization and provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders in their place of residence, within the administrative borders of the city of Siemiatycze. The duration of the order is counted from the moment of signing the contract (subject to implementation task covered by the subject of the order from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026). Specialized care services for people with mental disorders are a task entrusted to the commune in the field of government administration in the field of social assistance, financed from state budget subsidies. Task is implemented based on Art. 18 section 1 point 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended). The task is to organize and provide specialized care services for people with mental disorders, at the client's place of residence in the area administrative boundaries of the city of Siemiatycze, to which the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Siemiatycze, by an administrative decision, granted assistance in the form of specialized care services for people with mental disorders, provided by people with the required professional qualifications.
