Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders in the field of therapy of sensory integration disorders - to the beneficiaries of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Bytoń, in accordance with the regulations Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816) 2 points. 3 physical rehabilitation and improvement of impaired body functions to the extent not covered by the provisions of the Act of August 27, 2004 on health care services financed from public funds. The expected number of benefits during the contract implementation period: - 228 hours per year in the basic scope; - expected number of people covered by the services: 7 people. Due to specificity of the subject of the order, the actual number of people to whom the services will be provided and the actual number of hours of service provision will depend on the actual number of people who are entitled to assistance and the scope of this assistance.
