- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders from the area of Kamieniec Zbkowicki |2. The subject of the order applies to both adults and children, in accordance with the administrative decisions issued by the Social Welfare Center in Kamiec Zbkowicki. The provision of specialist care services for people with mental disorders in 2026 will be based on the provisions of: a) Art. 8 and 9 of the Act of 19 August 1994 on health care mental (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 91), b) Art. 18.1 point 3 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended), and in accordance with the scope specified in: c) Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 in on specialist care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816).4. the services will be provided from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2025.5.
