- 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the provision of specialized care services under the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance. Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816) ensuring that children and young people with mental disorders have access to rehabilitation and revalidation-educational classes, in exceptional cases if they are unable to obtain access to the classes referred to in Art. 7 of the Act of 19 August 1994 on mental health protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 917) in their place of residence in accordance with medical recommendations or other indications justifying the specific needs of the Center's residents.
