Description:
1. The subject of the order is: provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders, including autism, from the Radomyl Wielki commune. The subject of the order applies to both adults and children. 5. Specialized care services will be provided for 22 people with mental disorders mental. The number of hours of specialist care services for the entire order will be: 2,332 hours, subject to section 6 point 4 of the SWZ. 6. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1) the provision of specialist care services will be based on the provisions of: a) the Act on Social Assistance of on March 12, 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214); b) Act on Mental Health Protection of August 19, 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 917); c) regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialist care services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024 r., item 816), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation. 2) The task of the Contractor of the order in question is to provide specialized care services for people with mental disorders. 3) Specialized care services for people with mental disorders performed...
