- Part I provision of specialized care services for children and adults with pervasive developmental disorders residents of the Biaa Podlaska Municipality (the expected number of hours of specialized care services is 6,200 hours). The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the number hours and people depending on the needs in each part of the order. The subject of the order is the organization and provision of specialized care services for children and adults with mental disorders living in Biaela Podlaska, in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of 22 September 2005 on specialist care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816). Specialized services should be understood as services tailored to the specific needs of people requiring assistance in the form of specialized care services resulting from the type of their disease or disability, provided by persons with specialized professional training, who have appropriate qualifications, knowledge and skills enabling the provision of specific specialized usugi.
