The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders from the area of the Sdziszw Maopolski Commune for 2026. 2. provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders for clients The Municipal and Communal Social Welfare Center in Sdziszów Maopolski will take place at the place of residence of these people on working days, excluding statutory holidays and holidays, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.3. Specialized care services are understood as services specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816), hereinafter referred to as the SUO Regulation, i.e. care services provided by people with specialized professional preparation, adapted to the specific needs of people requiring help in this form, resulting from the type of their disease, - including specialized care services for people with mental disorders.4.
