- the provision of specialized care services for disabled people covered by GOPS Morzeszczyn assistance will be provided in the following amounts: - estimated number of hours throughout the entire order implementation period: 2,500. - number of hours given above is an estimated number based on data from 2025 calculated on the basis of specialized care services provided to the Ordering Party's clients and is intended to enable comparison of offers submitted by Contractors. - therapeutic hour is 60 minutes. - individual scope of services, number of hours, time of day and period of provision of specialist care services will result from the arrangements made between the social worker, the client and the Contractor. The ordering party reserves the right to order additional activities not listed above, depending on the specific needs of the customer. - the number of hours and people covered by the services may change and cannot be determined precisely because of the specificity of the order, which is characterized by changing customer needs due to their changing health condition.
