Description:
The order will cover the provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders at their place of residence in the Gostynin Commune in an estimated amount of approximately 3,150 clock hours per year on all days of the week, in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026. Number of hours may change and cannot be determined precisely due to the specific nature of the order, which is characterized by changing customer needs resulting mainly from their changing health condition. The Ordering Party reserves that it will not bear any responsibility if only part of the above. hours will be processed. The order includes provision of specialist care services for people with mental disorders at their place of residence in accordance with Article 18(1) 1 point 3 and art. 50 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended), and pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816), as well as the guidelines of the Voivode of Masovia regarding specialized care services for people with mental disorders, which were published on str...
