- 1) The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services for people living in the Radzy Podlaski Commune. The contractor(s) will perform the services at the place of residence of the person using the services.2) The order is divided into 13 parts. Includes specialized care services provided to children and young people with mental disorders, consisting of access to rehabilitation, revalidation and educational classes. The services that are the subject of this order will be provided applying in particular the provisions of the Act of August 19, 1994 on mental health protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 917, as amended), the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1283, as amended) and the regulation of the Minister Social Policy of September 22, 2005. on specialist care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816, as amended). 3) Division of the order into parts: Part 1: Sensory integration: estimated number of hours 160 h 4) Number of participants and hour range support in individual tasks results from the study of the potential target group (estimated number).
