- The subject of the offer is the provision of specialized care services in support centers for a maximum of 14 people in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, who periodically, due to age, illness or disability, require 24-hour specialist care and it is not possible to provide it in place of residence. Services should be provided in premises adapted to the needs of sick or disabled people. The contractor should provide the necessary care services, administration of medications, necessary sanitary measures, rehabilitation and therapy according to an individual care program. and full board in the form of at least three meals a day
