Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of speech therapy services for the Integration and Therapeutic Center for Children and Youth in Brzecie Kujawski.2. Estimated number of hours to be completed as part of speech therapy classes - 360 h (actual number of hours will be depending on the current demand for the above-mentioned services). One hour of speech therapy services is considered to be one full hour (60 minutes).3. The scope of duties of a specialist conducting speech therapy classes for children and adolescents includes: a) establishing directions and schedule of speech therapy services;b) assessing the child's progress;c) keeping billing documentation (i.e. attendance list, course sheets, class diary, monthly worksheet of the speech therapist)4. Place of service: Place of providing speech therapy services for the needs of the Integration and Therapeutic community center for children and youth in Brzecie Kujawski, there is the building of the Brzesko Social Welfare Center in Brzecie Kujawski (adapted to the needs of people with disabilities) at 5 Krlewska Street in Brzecie Kujawski - community center Integration and Therapeutic Center for Children and Youth (day support facility).
