Description:
1) The subject of the order includes the provision of the service in question for persons authorized by the Ordering Party to use the Company's Social Benefits Fund (ZFS) and their accompanying persons (hereinafter referred to as users), consisting in enabling the use of various sports and recreational services/activities, offered as part of the package made available by the Contractor.2) The Ordering Party stipulates that authorized persons mean persons authorized to use ZFS in MOPS Gdynia3) Package for persons indicated in point 1 must include the possibility of using a set of various sports and recreational services/activities, provided by sports and recreation facilities (including swimming pools, gyms, fitness clubs, sauna, etc.) throughout the territory of the Republic of Poland, in particular by at least 130 sports and recreation facilities in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, including at least 28 sports and recreation facilities in Gdynia. Facilities should have facilities for people with disabilities.
