Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of sports and recreational services consisting in providing access to sports and recreational facilities and activities throughout the country, in particular in the city of Bialystok and the Podlaskie Voivodeship on the basis of sports cards/passes/subscriptions (hereinafter referred to as passes) in the period 01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026 2. The contractor should ensure the possibility of using sports and recreation facilities:2.1. located in Poland, providing access to the services they provide. The contractor should provide sports and recreation facilities: - in the voivodeship Podlaskie - a minimum of 50 facilities, - in the city of Biaystok - a minimum of 20 facilities that accept the passes in question without additional fees, 2.2. without a time limit, unless such limits are imposed by the facilities, provided that the duration of a single stay at the facility cannot be shorter than 45 minutes,2.3. within the full range of opening hours of the facilities.2.4. offering the opportunity to participate in sports and recreation activities of a varied nature, including at least 10 types of activities, e.g. swimming pool, gym, ice rink, sauna, salt cave, wall wspi...
