Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the provision of support and technical advisory services for the Employer in the [Multisite] program "Ability to operate in many data processing centers [CPD]"
2) description of the needs of the Ordering Party and the characteristics of the subject of the contract and minimum requirements for the subject of the contract/implementation of the contract, not subject to negotiations, which must meet all offers specified in part II of OPW, except that at the stage of procurement of the order, a short description of the needs and requirements of the order will be made available - pursuant to the provisions of art. 18 of the PZP Act.
Performers Invited to participate in the next stage of the procedure, i.e. together with the invitation to negotiate, they will receive a full description of the subject of the contract (part II of OPW).
a) Contractors are obliged to make declarations of confidentiality together
with a request to participate in the proceedings (patterns in part III OPIW).
The e-mail address indicated by the Contractor in the application will be sent to decrypt these documents.
3) The Ordering Party does not allow folding partial offers.
4) The Ordering Party does not allow for the submission of variant offers.
5) The Purchaser does not reserve the obligation to perform key tasks by the Contractor in person.
